It says to get it from a game instance that is NOT launched by ISBoxer. It may also help to get me "Diagnostics for game crashes" from ISBoxer's Help menu. Click XML View, select all of it, and paste me the details. If you DO see it, select it there in the list, and then at the bottom click the Details tab. If you don't see one that says lotroclient or at least something lotro related, stop there because the other entries in the error log are not useful for this. They will show up as "Error" under Level, the Date and Time will match the crash time, Source should say "lotroclient". Selecting "Application" will bring up a history of application crashes, and you should see an entry for each of your game crashes. In the left pane there is a "Windows Logs" category, expand that and select "Application" under it - this is different than the "Applications and Services Logs". It should show a "View event logs" option under Administrative Tools. Open up the Windows Control Panel and in the search box type in "event" (with no quotes). Without an error message, to get diagnostic information you may need to check the Windows Event Log. Do you get a crash report box with technical details you can share? If not we're kinda left guessing, but we can go from there.
